I'm currently licensed in both WA and CA and provide both in-person therapy (for those living locally) in Olympia WA, and telehealth (video) therapy.
I have close to 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist, providing guidance and heart healing for those who long for and desire a more satisfying and enriching life.
I practice with multidimensional and intersecting identities and see individual adults only.
I bring humor, deep listening, culturally attuned, gently directive, trauma-informed, and psycho-spiritual values to my work.
Self reflection is necessary for me to be there for myself and for others. This is a life practice of mine which I hold very dear. I'm a human being, ever changing, constantly learning and evolving. I show up in sessions, as myself, and am devoted to doing any work to face my own inner wounding and placement in this world- such as continuously learning to decondition from the systems that oppress us all.
