Sessions are 50 minutes and the fee is $170. I hold a certain amount of slots for sliding scale if cost is prohibitive, and some insurance coverage. Please inquire with your insurance carrier to determine if I'm in network for your treatment to be covered. For out of network options- I can provide superbills that you send to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.
The most common option is for us to meet once a week, at the same time each week.
I have found that this consistency allows for a trusting working relationship to form more easily, and for the work we do together to integrate more smoothly in your life. Other options such as bi-weekly, short term, goal oriented, or other less common forms are also possible depending on your needs and my availability.
My approach:
This is a space where you bring your concerns to the center and we explore them together. Our initial meetings are a chance to see how it feels to work together and where you share the hopes you want for yourself moving forward. We will get to know each other in a setting that's specifically designed to pay attention to you! It’s a special relationship, unlike any other.
My offerings contain vast and multidimensional perspectives, methods and teachings with a combination of psychology and energy medicine. I practice from an integrated, holistic and interconnected approach from a psycho-spiritual framework.
We will navigate your inner world to interweave your fragmented parts into wholeness, and you will learn how to shift your relationship with yourself from a place of wisdom, intuition and power.
My methods: A combination of psychotherapy and energy medicine:
Psychodynamic: Traditional therapy approach investigating how your unconscious drives and influences your behaviors and personality.
Transpersonal: A perspective informing that consciousness is beyond the limits of personal identity and personality.
Hypnotherapy: Alternative therapy where your conscious and subconscious have a conversation, while in an altered state of mind (free of substances), with the aim to address psychological, behavioral, energetic and physical experiences.
Somatic (of the body): The body and it's relationship to the mind.
Bilateral Stimulation: Alternately stimulating the left and right sides of the brain to reset the nervous system and re-process past negative beliefs, memories and experiences.
Shadow work: A process of exploring a integrating the parts of ourselves that we keep hidden.
Emotional Freedom Technique (or Tapping): Alternative therapy where you tap on specific meridians or acupressure points to help you release energy blockages- otherwise known as emotional and psychological distress and pain.
Neuro-Linguistic Programing: Addresses the connection between the mind, language and behaviors to assist in well-being.
Ancestral Healing: Access to well-healed ancestors to assist in healing a lineage of focus.
Internal Family Systems: A therapy that aims to create a harmonious internal system where all parts (of ourselves) can coexist and integrate into wholeness.
Lifespan Integration: A body based therapy that focuses on resolving trauma by integrating a person's sense of self throughout their life, including past experiences.
Shamanic: Bridging ancient wisdom practices into the modern world.
Anti-oppression: A framework that challenges and brings awareness to the harmful conditioning that de-humanizes and prevents authentic expression.
